The default language is English. You can change language settings from [MY]→ [Language Setting] menu.

You can submit the inquiries and feedback all related to Buyaladdin application from [MY] → [Service Inquiry] OR [Feedback] menu

Buyaladdin follows its own Terms of Service. Please check the terms of service and privacy policy button at the very bottom of the main before you be a user of Buyaladdin.

How to sign in Buyaladdin is as follows:

2. Enter ID and password to sign in.

How to find ID is as follows:

2. Verify your email from [Find ID]

How to find password is as follows:

1. Touch [MY] → [Please sign in]

2. Enter the ID and email which you registered when sign up in [Find Password]

3. Set up the new password.

How to change password is as follows:

1. Touch [MY] → [Account Settings] → [Change Password]

2. Enter ID and emailwhich you registered when sign up.

If you can not receive the verification number mail for the self-verification, please check whether your verification mail is saved in the spam mailbox. It could either be a temporary network error. Please retry after a while.

It would take a while until the verification number arrives in accordance with Telecommunications Service Provider condition. If you can not receive the verification number text continuously, please check whether you blocked the text.

How to delete Buyaladdin account is as follows:

1. Touch [MY] → [Account Setting] → [Delete Account]

2. You can quit with the'Delete Account' Button.

* All of your account information is deleted and you can not recover the information once you delete the account.

You can write a review from [MY] → [Reviews]
You can write a review when the item you ordered is confirmed and available period is within 30 days after the order is confirmed.

You can chat with a seller through 'Purchase' button on the details page. You can manage chat through the second [Chat] menu from the right in the bottom main menu.

Keyword Notification is the function that you can receive notifications as soon as a new post is created with the keyword. If you have something you want to buy or are interested in, you can register a keyword to receive a notification.

Keywords can be registered from 'Bell' button → 'Settings' button → [Keyword Setting] on the upper right corner of the home screen, and you can check Notification list from [Notification] → [Keyword Notification].

In the activity notification, you can receive necessary notifications , such as order reception, purchase confirmation, and event notification, and you can check it by pressing "Bell" button on the upper right of the home screen.

You can also change the notification setting through the notification ON/OFF function from 'Bell' button → 'Settings' button → [Notification Setting] on the upper right corner of the home screen.

You can save the item by touching "Heart" button at the bottom left of the details page. You can check the saved item from [MY] → [Wishlist].

You can follow the stores you are interested in and check the list you have followed from [MY] → [Following].

How to report a seller and an item are as follows:

1. Touch 'More' button at the top right corner of the user's profile screen and then touch 'Report' button

2. Touch 'Report' button at the top right corner of the item details screen.

3. Select the reason for report, provide a detailed explanation and touch 'Report' button to complete the report.

If a user used offensive words or images during the chat, you can report or block the user.

How to report is as follows:

1. Touch 'More' button at the top right corner of the chat screen, and then touch the 'Report' button.

2. Select the reason for report and provide a detailed explanation.

3. Touch 'Report' button to complete.

How to block is as follows:

1. Touch 'More' button at the top right corner of the chat screen, and then touch the 'Block' button.

3. After reporting, you cannot chat with blocked user.

You cannot proceed with blocked users. The ongoing reservations and safe transaction requests will be canceled.

You can manage blocked users from [MY] → [Account Settings] → [Manage blocked users].

Direct Trade is a transaction in which buyer and seller meet in person to make a trade. After discussing the price and condition of the item through chat, users can arrange a direct trade with Buyaladdin’s Safe Transaction system.

The seller and buyer can proceed with the transaction in the following order. Seller: List item > chat with buyer > Reserve Now > Safe Transaction Request > Safe Transaction Request confirmed Buyer: Select item > chat with seller > negotiate price > accept Safe Transaction Request > Safe Transaction Request confirmed.

It enables the buyer and seller to declare their mutual intention to proceed with a transaction. Reserve Now must be activated in order for buyer and seller to use Buyaladdin’s Safe Transaction system.

Safe Transaction is a system implemented in the Buyaladdin app to safeguard users from unwanted outcomes in their transactions. Under the Safe Transaction system, payments are safely held by Buyaladdin until transactions are finalised.

After an item has been reserved using Reserve Now, and buyer and seller agree on a price, the seller sends a Safe Transaction Request from within the chat window. The buyer can then select Confirm Transaction Request to proceed to the payment stage. After confirming the item quantity, payment amount and method and transaction precautions, the buyer can approve their payment to initiate the Safe Transaction.

That’s right. Both buyer and seller have to select Safe Transaction Confirmed to finalise the trade and enable the release of payment.

Payment will be released within 24 hours of the transaction being finalised.

If seller and buyer mutually agree to cancel a transaction, then the transaction will be canceled promptly. Where there is disagreement, transactions will be marked as ‘Pending Transaction’.To proceed from here, you will need to contact Buyaladdin customer support.

Please use the Report button in the menu at the top right of the chat window to report any problems that may arise during a Direct Trade.

The payment provided by Buyaladdin cannot be used together to purchase the item. You can purchase the item by selecting one of the payment methods provided by Buyaladdin.

You are welcome to look around Buyaladdin App but unable to make a purchase. You will need to create Buyaladdin account in order to make a purchase.

"Order confirmation" is the buyer's expression that he or she finally receives the item from seller and doesn't want to return it.
Order confirmation proceeds by pressing "Order Confirmation" button from [MY] → [Order History] → [Order Detail]

* Confirmed item cannot be returned at Byaladdin due to the order amount is paid to the seller after confirmation.
* Please note that automatically order will be confirmed after 15 days from the time when the product is delivered.

You can track your package by pressing "Track my package" button from [MY] → [Order History] → [Order Detail].
Once a seller enters the tracking number, "Track my package" button will be exposed.

Shipping date and time cannot be determined according to the seller and the shipping company's matters. If you have any shipping inquiries, please contact us through 1:1 chat with seller.

It is possible to cancel an order before the seller enters the tracking number.
You can cancel an order by pressing 'Cancel Order' button from [MY] → [Order History] → [Order Detail].

You can return your order by pressing "Refund"button from [MY] → [Order History] → [Order Detail]. Refund will be requested after you submit your return reasons and information.
Refund amount will be deposited to the buyer's account after the seller receives the item.

* We can not offer a refund once the item has been used, washed, stained, torn, stunk etc.

Buyaladdin presents four cryptocurrencies including BTC, ETH, BNB, ABBC. To create a globally integrated payment platform, Buyaladdin adopted a cryptocurrency payment method and cryptocurrency can be added afterward.

A user can use cryptocurrency in Buyaladdin after sending it from the external crypto wallet to the Buyaladdin wallet. Once the deposit has been successfully completed, a user can check it from [My Wallet].

The way to deposit Cryptocurrency to the Buyaladdin wallet is as follows:

1. Touch 'Deposit' button of cryptocurrency wallet which you would like to deposit from [My Wallet].

2. Confirm the Agree or Guide for the Cryptocurrency service use.

3. If it is the first time using the Buyaladdin wallet, set the password.

4. Once a user completes the password settings, a cryptocurrency wallet address is created. Please copy the wallet address and save it.

5. Select the route to withdraw the crypto from Deposit request. Then enter the deposit date, time and quantity to touch 'confirm' button.

6. Once QR code/wallet address is exposed, a user enters the QR code or wallet address from your exchange or personal wallet to proceed with the deposit.

7. Once the deposit is completed, a user can check the deposit quantity from [my wallet] → [history]

8. Once the deposit is completed, "Deposit Completed" email is sent to the registered user's email. A user can check from the notification in the app.


* Based on real-time market price, Buyaladdin decides the cryptocurrency value. The market price can continuously be different.

* The deposit unit is 0.00000001 BTC/ETH/BNB/ABBC and there is no limit. Cryptocurrency shows up to 8 decimal places.

*Please deposit more than the minimum quantity specified by Buyaladdin. It may be difficult to process the payment if you deposit below the minimum amount.

When you request a withdrawal, Buyaladdin goes through the approval procedure. The procedure would take more than 48 hours. After the approval is completed, you can withdraw from the wallet addresses as much as you requested.

The way to withdraw cryptocurrency in Buyaladdin wallet is as follows:

1. Touch 'Withdrawal' button of cryptocurrency wallet which you would like to withdraw from [my wallet].

2. Agree to approval since you need to follow Buyaladdin's approval procedures for requesting to withdraw.

3. It is only possible to withdraw with the registered wallet address

4. Enter the quantity you want to send. (If the memo is necessary, you can enter memo.)

5. Email and mobile verification is completed. Please note that the verification is available only by email and mobile phone number registered with Buyaladdin.

6. Touch 'Withdrawal' when you complete the email and mobile verifications.

7. Withdrawal request will be completed to the registered wallet address for the requested amount.You can check the requested quantity from [My Wallet] → [History] once you complete the withdrawal.

8. When the withdrawal is completed, "Withdrawal Completed" is sent to the registered email and it can be checked by the notification within the app.


* Based on real-time market price, Buyaladdin decides the cryptocurrency value. The market price can continuously be different.

* Withdrawal is impossible if the amount is less than the amount of withdrawal fee by Buyaladdin.

* Additional 'Withdrawal' or purchase item is banned until the withdrawal of cryptocurrency is completed, but 'Deposit' or other cryptocurrencies can be used as usual.

Buyaladdin's services are available to everyone. Any user can buy, list and sell their items.

Yes. Prohibited items include:

- Weapons, knives, explosives and drugs

- Alcoholic drinks

- Items that infringe copyright

- Items that may be harmful to minors

- Pornography

- Expired perishables (e.g. food products that are out-of-date)

- Any and all items that are legally prohibited to posess and/or distribute in countries where Buyaladdin's services are available.

Please be aware that selling prohibited items may result in post deletion and account suspension.

Buyaladdin reserves the right to determine the legality and apropriateness of listings at its sole discretion. Listings that violate local laws or are deemed otherwise inappropriate may be removed and the seller's account may be suspended. Violating domestic trade laws in your country may to legal consequences.

Buyaladdin monitors and takes measures to remove listings that violate its terms of use.

The following actions may result in a listing being being removed without prior notice:

- Listing a prohibited item

- Posting language or images that could cause discomfort or offense

- Posting any content or listing any item that Buyaladdin deems inappropriate, at the sole discretion of Buyaladdin

When creating a listing, please be sure that the language and any videos and images included are not likely to cause discomfort or offense to other users.

If you agree to make a sale to a buyer over chat, then please change the item status to "Reserved".

To request payment from a buyer, the item must be reserved for them.

You can set the reservation status within the chat window. Alternatively, you can go to [MY] → [Sales History] -> "Reserve"

If there is a user who wishes to make a purchase, please change the item status to “Reserved”.

Transactions can only be requested when the item is in “Reserved” status.

1. Use the “Request safe transaction” button in the chat window to request a safe transaction.

2. After pressing “Request safe transaction”, enter the item price.

3. Review the payment precautions.

4. Click “Confirm” to send your safe transaction request to the buyer.

Safe transaction requests are valid for 30 minutes. If a response is not received in 30 minutes, the request will be automatically canceled.

Yes. To cancel a safe transaction request after it has been made, please select “Cancel safe transaction” within the chat.

Pressing the ‘Confirm’ button within the popup window will cancel the request.

After both the seller and the buyer have confirmed the safe transaction, the amount from the buyer will be settled within 24 hours. When selling an item, please request safe transaction confirmation from the buyer and ensure that the buyer has completed it. If the seller has confirmed safe transaction, but the buyer decides to cancel it, or if there is no response to the seller’s safe transaction confirmation request, please contact our customer center.

If the buyer has already made the payment, please press ‘Cancel safe transaction’ button in the chat room. However, if the buyer does not respond or selects ‘Safe transaction confirmed’, please contact our customer center.

To buy an item through direct trade, you can open a new chat with the seller.

Through chat, you can obtain more detailed information about the item and make arrangements for the transaction method and date.

Feel free to discuss your preferences for the transaction method, location, date, and any other details you'd like. The conditions of the trade are up to the seller and you.

If you have agreed with a seller to go through with a purchase, please ask them to reserve the item for you. This will enable them to send you a safe transaction request.

When a seller changes their item's status to "Reserved," you can request safe transaction from the buyer.

If the item is in "Reserved" status, the seller can request payment from the buyer.

1. Once you receive a payment request from the seller within the chat, please press ”Confirm Request”.

2. Make sure to check the item price and precautions before making a payment.

3. If you are satisfied with the price and precautions, please proceed by pressing "Payment" button.

“Safe transaction confirmed” is the buyer’s expression of intent to the seller when they verify the item and complete the transaction after inspecting it. To complete the transaction, both the seller and the buyer must express their intention to finalize the trade through safe transaction confirmation. If both the seller and the buyer user safe transaction confirmation to finalize the transaction, the seller will receive the payment. If there is a disagreement between the seller and the buyer, precenting the completion of the transaction, we recommend reaching out our customer center for assistance.

The payment will be held in the safe transaction account until the transaction is completed. If you wish to cancel a transaction for a paid item, it is necessary for both seller and buyer to jointly consent to the safe transaction cancellation in order for the cancellation to be finalized. Once the safe transaction cancellation is finalized, the transaction amount will be refunded to the buyer. If there is a disagreement between the seller and the buyer regarding safe transaction cancellation, please contact our customer center for inquiries.

When both the seller and the buyer have confirmed the safe transaction to complete the trade, refunds for the item cannot be processed.
